ONE PAGE EXHIBIT FEATURING THE YEAR 1942

Outagamie Philatelic Society was founded in 1942. Help us celebrate our birthday by creating a one page exhibit using the year 1942. This is the second year of WWII.

  1. You can use the stamps from any country issued in 1942.
  2. The total of 1942=16 can be used if you prove how you are using it.
  3. You can use a 1942 stamp and build a topical one page exhibit around it - using various year stamps to develop your topic.
  4. Another idea - find a series of stamps issued by a country and use a 1,9,4,2, value stamp and tell about the stamp/series etc.
  5. Use a cover or cancel from 1942 and develop it. 1942 postcard's.
  6. Think of something more unusual than the above! Go for it!
  7. Please submit one entry form per exhibit by March 31, 2008
